How quickly do you ship?

Shipping can take up to 3 to 7 business days after an order. Often times, it’s closer to 3 days, but it depends on order volume. Please allow 1 to 2 days for handling.

Returns

 

Are Returns Accepted?

Returns for the Wrong Size, Color, or Choice are NOT accepted. Please make sure that what you order is the correct size, color, and choice. Returns are accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival. Please email us at info@sportslabllc.com or call (708) 318-4946 to process your return.

How do I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please call us at (708)-318-4946 between 9-5 CST. Please note that once your order has been fulfilled we are unable to cancel it.

  • Sometimes item(s) become unavailable while in your shopping cart or after your order was placed

How can I check on my order?

Each order will have a tracking number. The tracking number will show you when your order has been shipped and when it should arrive. If you have additional questions call Customer Service at (708) 318-4946. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bitcoin, other altcoins, and all major prepaid gift cards as long as they are registered with an address or zip code.

The shipping address must be a valid U.S address. We do not offer international shipping.

What if I haven’t received my order?

Use the tracking number that was provided at the time the order was shipped. It could take up to 3 to 7 business days before you receive your order. If your order was placed over a weekend it will be processed the following business day.
