The Sports Lab Commits To Member and Community Safety As We Are Set To Re-Open June 1st
To our Sports Lab Family,
As we plan to open back up for business, we’re committed to our social obligation of safety and the wellbeing of our members and the communities that we serve.
Our protocol is an in-depth reopening process which takes social distancing, facility disinfecting and modified class sizes into consideration to ensure that both members and staff are safe.
First, every member will be asked to disinfect their hands prior to, and after training.
Every Sports Lab class will limit the capacity of the training group. Members must sign up in advance using the Schedule link. If your selected time is full, please choose a different session time.
Our schedule will be dynamic. As we are unsure of training demand, we will add or subtract available training times weekly based off athlete participation.
The CDC has recently revised their recommendations, and indicated the coronavirus does not spread from contaminated surfaces. That said, equipment will still be cleaned every day using 24 hour protection Microban products. Additionally, each member will be provided solution to clean equipment after individual use as well.
Members must maintain proper social distance during training, and avoid contact with everyone but siblings. If you have symptoms whatsoever, please do not come to training until you are well again.
We encourage parents to drop off their children and not wait in the waiting area to reduce the risk for members and parents. That said, if a parent would like to wait in the waiting area, please wear a mask.
Finally, at the end of each day we will deep clean and disinfect the entire facility, equipment, restrooms and surfaces to ensure the facility is clean and safe to use.
Even with these precautions in place, we realize that some of our members still may not feel comfortable coming back into the facility and that is ok. We miss you and look forward to seeing you soon.
We realize that as a brand we have a social responsibility to our members, staff and the communities that we serve and we’re fully committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the safety of everyone during these unusual times.
